I ask for prayer not to return to a former life: laying with the same kind, homosexuality, being effeminate, an abuser of self with mankind and all the aforementioned entail, and returning to former vocabulary, grammar, language and ways of communicating.

Hi everyone, I would greatly appreciate your prayers- I need joy, I do not have the joy of the Lord. I have never had it, I had it for about 5 minutes after I got saved and then it left and it has never been back since. I have been seeking God as to why I don't have it but no answer thus far. The bible says the joy of the Lord is your strength and I lack strength. I do not have the peace of God either. Please pray for joy and peace! Thank you!
