Please pray for Madison Paige Ward's family and friends. Madison Ward was the 11 year old daughter of Dusty and Darlene Ward. Madison passed away after suffering from a seizure while preparing for school early Tuesday morning. She had been bathing at the time and drowned in the tub because of the seizure. The parents called 911 around 6 a.m. Paramedics arrived on-scene and found Madison in full cardiac arrest. Ambulance emergency personnel were already on-scene performing CPR. EMTs were able to retrieve a pulse, but had to incubate Madison when she failed to breathe on her own. Madison was first transported to Williamson Memorial Hospital and soon after flown to Cabell Hospital in Huntington via a Healthnet helicopter where Madison was placed on life support. Madison's parents were told by the doctor that her brain was fried from the seizure and that she would be a vegetable for the rest of her life. Soon after her parents took her off life support so Madison wouldn't suffer anymore. Madison was one of my best friends and I miss her so dearly. She died on March 18,2009. She was the kind of girl that everyone wanted to be around. At anytime when someone was upset, she would try her best to make you feel bettter even if she never met you before in her life. We all miss her dearly. Please pray that we stay strong for her. When my friends at school saw me crying they came up to me and held on to me and told me that God needed another angel to brighten up Heaven.I told them that the Lord now has the brightest, prettiest, sweetest, and best angel he could ever have! Please pray for us because she was so just a baby and everyone loved her so much. Thank You for Your Love and Support!
