Update #8 by Karen at 8:38 pm on Wed 12/26/2012 Because of my long history of nasal and sinus problems, I saw a new ENT who has put me on 2 different asthma steroid medications.
Fortunately, I do not have asthma, but by taking these medications I will be more vulnerable to infections. He also put me on a strong antibiotic, but I'll be taking the steroids longer than the antibiotic.
The bariatrician has put me on more medications. One is for increasing the T3 thyroid hormone. It's supposed to help with pain and fatigue, and at first, it seemed to actually cause more pain and fatigue.
However, I was hit with the sinus infection not too long afterwards, so it may have been a coincidence.
I'm taking pregesterone, because it helps to sleep after menopause. But I haven't been sleeping well due to the nasal congestion.
The good is news is that the progesterone has been making my head pain more tolerable, which is the miracle I have been praying for.
There are still days that I can't sit up because my head pain is so severe, but I know that the overall reduction in head pain isn't an accident. It's an answered prayer.
God is showing me that I'm on the right path with these doctors and He is healing me through these blessed human souls.

Original Prayer Request
Please let me be healed physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I'm very ill, and recently my bones have started breaking, even though I'm only 32 years old. My neurosurgeons have to reset the valve in brain and fuse my lumbar vertebrae together next month.
Also, I have endometriosis that has grown onto tissue that can't be removed, so I bleed daily even though I have had my ovaries and uterus removed.
My fusion surgery will be my 10th surgery in 11 years. I'm on disability with 2 insurances, but I still can't afford the medical bills.
Most importantly, I need to have my heart opened to love and faith. The love of my life, my child, died on Christmas 2004. The grief has never left me.
