Lord, cover each new life with your love.  Blanket these little ones with your protective hand as you establish a foundation of faith.  Grow them in wisdom, stature, strength, and mercy.  Show them your kindness and goodness throughout their lives so that they may know the full measure of you.  Shower them with your presence now and always.   "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you  were born I set you apart..."  Jeremiah 1:5a (NIV)
